About the role

As a technical preparer, you will be the link between marketing and production. You will be responsible for revising and creating new items in our business system, developing and optimizing production documentation, selecting production methods and materials. You will ensure that the manufacturing process is cost-effective and meets our high-quality standards.

Your tasks

• Prepare items and optimize manufacturing processes
• Create and update production documentation and work instructions
• Participate in or be responsible for customer projects and improvement work
• Collaborate with sales, design, production, and purchasing
• Propose technical solutions to reduce lead times and costs

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical education in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or equivalent
• Has at least three years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in CNC, sheet metal, or assembly
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (experience with Monitor ERP and CAD is an advantage)
• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Communicates well in Swedish and English
